Dano's Septic Tank Pumping

ORGINIAL POST: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! After spending over $2,000 on pumping, inspection and camera work, I had one simple request- WAIT 30 DAYS BEFORE SUBMITTING FINDINGS TO THE COUNTY! We were trying to work the problem. I called TWICE about this and was told both times, no problem, we will wait. They submitted it this morning. Because they did not respect my wishes to wait, I now have to pay over $20,000 through the county when we had a plan in place to avoid that and get it fixed independently. Go with a company that follows instructions, not absolutely ruins your life. Thanks for the 10 year debt I will now have due to your negligence. My realtor and contractor will be referring all other agents and all clients elsewhere, and notifying them all of this unprofessional behavior. EDIT: Here's how I would have expected Serena, the office manager I spoke to today to enter the conversation: yes, you're absolutely right, we did breach agreement, how can we make it right? Here's what happened: per her: "there was a human error that was not our fault. The result would have been the same no matter what" (no it would not have and she has no way of knowing that). "I have you on record asking not to submit it at all" (I told her yes I did say that, then asked what's the extension period, and we're getting off track). "Here's the history of your septic system" again no, we're getting off track. You admitted three times in this conversation you breached our verbal contract. You say the results would have been the same no matter what, but that's absolute garbage- no way she'd know that. If you truly have nothing to hide, and know you messed up (which you admitted to) send me the phone recordings I requested not respond "we will be happy to do that upon getting subpoenaed."

The scheduling was easy and quick. The technician was on time, worked quickly and efficiently and recommended appropriate next steps

Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company??. Very professional/on time/ told us what he would be doing and didn’t waste time screwing around I would’ve added a picture but when he came out to finish the job, I wasn’t home(only hubby) and he didn’t take any??

Efficiently done by knowledgeable worker

It went very well. They came as scheduled and on time. They discussed preventive maintenance and said the septic was in good working order. We discussed preventive measures and what products were safe to put through the septic (i.e. cake yeast, Rid-X, etc.). We ended up purchaing a product they recommend and sell. tggggggggVery pleased with them and will definitely have them back.

Dano's was a breeze to work with. From scheduling to advising how to file with the county the staff was helpful, courteous and took care of our septic with efficiency.

They were punctual but they didn't do a very good follow up job. I ask the technician to bring me crack  cover back for my septic cover and I had to remind him three times to come back for it.

It was easy to set up an appointment; they worked with my family's busy schedule. The provided a reasonable range of time when they would be arriving, and then called to notify me that they were running late because they were in the process of training a new serviceman. They were not significantly late, but I appreciated call. They performed the service requested and then reported back after completion to provide information on their findings, and recommended a specific service schedule.

When heavy rain floods your drain field and your septic tank, you want someone to come out fast! That's what Dano's Septic Service does. They have new, modern pump trucks and professional service. Adam did a thorough job and was very professional.

It was excellent. They accommodated my time frame because I was leaving town. They squeezed me in right away, they worked very hard and I felt I could trust the information he was giving me. They had a very genuine polite driver.

It was more expensive than I thought it would be, but the job was done right.

Really fast, courteous service from the office to the septic-guy.  :)

I didn't know where my septic tank was (never had it inspected in the couple of years I'd been here, and the diagrams that came with the house were wrong).  The guy from Dano's arrived right on time and was very cheerful about having to dig about in the back yard trying to find it.  In the end he had to use a little magnetic gadget that was flushed down the toilet to locate it.  That gadget was pricey, but it was the only expense:  once he found the tank, dug down to it and inspected it, it was fine and there was nothing to do, and no other charge than for the gadget.   I will certainly go back to Dano's when I do need service.

All work was performed professionally and in good time.
