Found Reve Exteriors on Home Advisor's website. They were quick to get someone out to give us an estimate. Explained what the product was and what installation involved very well. Once the weather cooperated they did the job in one day. The roof looks fantastic, Best looking and best roof in the neighborhood.

After our roof started to leak we did some research on roofers. We found Reve Exteriors and they contacted us quickly to setup an appointment. Aaron Lammey came by and gave us a comprehensive presentation on the Reve Exteriors Company, their products and warrantee. Aaron was polite and thorough as he showed us several options and pricing. He left information for us to review and a few hours later we decided to go with Reve Exteriors. The work has not been scheduled yet but we are looking forward to a job well done. Ratings are based on the presentation.

What initially we thought was a great company has now turned into a nightmare. I was willing to overlook the fact that they left a mess behind when they were done but they incorrectly installed the roofing around our skylight wrong which led to a leak and interior damage. Their "fix" was to slop on some black tarry looking substance very sloppily and have refused to acknowledge that anything needs to be done about the interior damage the leak caused. The battle continues...

Had a terrible experience with this company. Promised top tier service had 4 to 5 skipped and cancelled appointments, unwanted changes to materials, charging for replacement materials ludicrously higher (charging tongue and groove instead of plywood price). Not pleased with them at all.

Don told us about how Reve roofs are guaranteed for 50 years. The underlayment protecting our roof from windstorms and rain convinced us to hire them.

From Keegan Chapman, our very knowledgeable sales person, to George the foreman of the roof crew, everyone has been kind, honest and trust worthy. Our new shingle roof adds so much to our house, in looks, value and for peace of mind. I can't wait to see what the finished roof will look like with the new gutters that are to be installed. Reve Exteriors is taking great care of us. We will certainly be using them for our future home improvement needs.

Nicole Lyle came out and gave us a quote for our roof. It was in really bad shape with rotten plywood and she was able to tell us how much would need to be replaced and what could be salvaged. Other companies had told us that all the plywood would need to be replaced. We needed it done quick and they were able to accommodate us. Their warranty is the best we've seen. We are very happy we hired them for this project.

We met with Nicole Lyle yesterday to discuss the replacement of our asphalt shingle roof. Nicole did a very thorough inspection of our roof, then she sat down with us and explained what needed to be done, the products they use, and the process to replace our roof. From my perspective, reroofing my house was a painless process. The crew started Monday morning and finished that afternoon. The only drawback was left-over (excess) materials were left on my property for about a week. I'm not sure why that took so long. Other than that, the job went well and I have a beautiful new roof. I would hire this company again.

Here is my review for the service we got yesterday from Nicole. She sold the Reve âdealâ to us by her personality and knowledge of the product. We had four other contractors give us a bid and she was the most concise and informative of any of them. None of them described the quality of the products that they would use or the purpose of each one. They did not talk about any guarantee at all. We had been sure of our choice before she talked to us about their roofing plan but changed our minds after she gave us her discounts and estimate for the total job. None of the other contractors would do the gutters but we got them to also be included in our bid so it was no more than some of the other bids. I am so excited to be able to get our new roof done quickly. Plus, I love, love, the color of the roof that we chose. It should definitely improve the look of our house.

The roofing team did an outstanding job! Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to insure we were happy with the process as well as results. They did a great job protecting our garden areas, and collaborated on design considerations on placement of our new skylight. This review is for initial estimate and first meeting of REVE representative. Nicole Lyle came to my house to give a bid she was extremely knowledgeable about her product, gave a great presentation and had all the answers to my questions. She was enthusiastic about discounts she could give me and financing that was available, also very respectful of me and my home. The roof installers were very nice and did a great job. I would recommend them.

Paul Rhoton , the company rep, came to my house to estimate the cost to replace my roof. He has a lot of knowledge about the roofing industry. I did learned a lot from him. He is very flexible, and with some changes, he adjusted the situation well which gave me peace of mind. This is just the start, and I will come back give some more reviews when the roof is finished.

Tay, the sales rep was very knowledgeable and professional. He spent a lot of time answering my questions. I decided to replace my roof with GAF American Harvest line. I will return after the install to complete this review but for now, I am very satisfied with Reve Exteriors, LLC.
