Had a rep come to assess whether we might need windows replaced based on age (35 yrs). Rep was not informative. Did a very cursory look at windows, said we had "stuff" growing on the top of window frame and was likely in the wall as well. No way he could see the top of the window without a ladder. I looked this morning from a ladder, and the tops are perfectly clean except for a bit of dust. Obviously a scare tactic sales pitch to unknowing folks. I also asked about the R-value of their replacement windows and he had no idea. In fact there is not even any info on R-value on their website. Very clear to me that there was not going to be any useful examination of the condition of the existing windows and rationale for their replacement. I would be unlikely to use this company based on my one-time experience.

Eldery abuse is the word for it. First time with angis list helping my 90 year old stroke victim widowed grandmother with a siding project. These guys call immediately, show up from an hour away immediately... Im sick in bed but can hear them yell talking to my grandma for two and half hours with every sales pitch under the sun... ( i ask them to quite down multiple times and am totally ignored) after two and a half hours they finally feel pressured enough to "work up a bid"... ( its a minor accident with the garage door and the siding that the insurance is going to totally cover probably 10-15k at most)... Theyve done everything in their power to try to convince her the house is falling a part, and are doing everything they can to push her to agree to a 150k job then and there .. Im in pain and my blood pressures going through the roof i dont know if i need to scream at the or call the cops to get them to leave... Google dabella and read the predicted word...)

Wow. Whatever you do stay away from these insane people. If you let them in your home they will not leave until you sign in blood. They clearly go through some sort of high pressure sales training which apparently includes a class on camping out in your living room for days if necessary. I complained to another contractor about my experience and without a beat he goes "Oh that must have been be Dabella." Apparently within the industry they are a known I don't know how the reviews here are so positive (I suspect they are paid for). Go look on Yelp if you want to see the truth.

Met with Craig Brooks today about a siding project on our home. He was extremely personable and informative, I really did learn a lot! If you’re not ready to buckle down for some knowledge make sure to let them know you’re on a time crunch but I had time so no issue there. Although my husband was not able to be present for our estimate meeting, Craig was able to jot down some numbers and give me an idea of what we would roughly be looking at financing for this project to later share with my husband. Overall great first impression, I’m excited to go over everything Craig and I spoke about today with my husband ASAP.

Craig and Keshun were knowledgeable, pleasant, and personable. Truly a couple of great salesmen. They made DaBella’s normal high pressure sales tactics almost enjoyable. Unfortunately that is as far as the positives for my experience with DaBella goes. The after sales customer service and communication was absolutely abysmal. There was zero communication from DaBella during the entire process that was not first initiated by me. No prior notification of material delivery (they just showed up one day), equipment drop off (same as material just popped in out of nowhere and then didn’t even leave the equipment), start date and time (found out by accident the day before because of the equipment guys), nothing. When the crew showed up, at the wrong time, the only information the crew lead was given as to the job specifics was the address and was unable to contact the site supervisor (who never even came to the job site) until later in the morning. The sub-contractors who did the actual work were fast, efficient and did a good job. Not sure it was a $21,000 in labor for the 9hrs it took them to do the job good but good none the less. DaBella (at least our local satellite branch) exhibits no pride or professionalism outside of sales. The situation as a whole leaves me quite skeptical of dealing with them in the advent of any warranty work that may occur.

Conner from DaBella was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable on the process. He did not pressure us at all and basically just provided the facts and total cost. We are doing a complete replacement of a concrete tile roof to a shingle so a lot more material is needed. The price could have been lower but the promised quality of materials and workmanship ease the pain a bit. Looking forward to the install and will update my post when done.

Conner was the type of person you want to deal with when you have a problem out of your control. He arrived at our appointment on time. Was friendly and open. Maintained constant eye contact while we worked through the process. He was not “Brash” or full of himself but showed concern for our roofing problems. I’m an old fart and don’t need to take crap from anybody but Connor allowed me to lay my defensiveness aside so we could make friendly progress. Very knowledgeable, informative and confident in what he is doing by giving me an appraisal and assessment. Conner is Top Gun !

Wonderful so far! The Olympic Peninsula team of DaBella, specifically Connor has done a Stellar job with the inspection and preparations for the replacement of our roofing ( home, porches, garage &carport as well as gutters with leaf guards). I had the pleasure of having a free consultation with DaBella to replace all of the windows and sliding glass doors in my home. Sam and Newell were on time, professional and very thorough. They went through the home assessing the project, then sat down with me to explain all of their products and services. They were very responsive to my particular needs and worked through multiple options to make the job work for me. I appreciate the time and effort they took to deliver exactly what I needed. While my windows and doors were being manufactured, DaBella kept me updated along the way. When they were ready, they immediately scheduled my installation. The work was completed by a very professional and competent crew led by Juan who oversaw each step. I'm extremely happy with the quality of their product and expert installation. I would definitely hire them again!
