Clean Cut Services

MR. TOURIGNY SEEMED KNOWLEDGABLE AND PROFESSIONAL WHEN HE CAME TO SURVEY THE JOB. HE AND A HELPER (WHO ONLY STAYED FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS), ARRIVED AROUND 10:00 TWO WEEKS LATER, AND COMMENCED TO BLOW OFF THE GUTTERS (I HAVE LEAF GUARD GUTTERS), AND SPRAY THE ROOF WITH MOSS KILLER. I HAD AGREED IT WOULD BE BETTER TO KILL THE MOSS NOW AND REMOVE IT NEXT SPRING SO AS MITIGATE DAMAGE TO THE ASPHALT SHINGLES. MR. TOURIGNY THEN WASHED THE SECOND-STORY WINDOWS OF BOTH BUILDINGS?. AN ADEQUATE JOB, BUT NOT GREAT NOW THAT I CAN SEE THE SUN ON THEM. 
I DID NOT INSPECT THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE GARAGE ROOF (IM UNABLE TO GET A VIEW OF THE NORTH SIDE OF THE HOUSE, SO DON'T KNOW ITS CONDITION) TILL I'D PAID HIM AND HE LEFT?.MY BIG MISTAKE..!!  APPARENTLY THE VALLEYS THERE HAD NOT BEEN TOUCHED, NOR DID IT APPEAR THE MOSS HAD BEEN SPRAYED. THE MOSS ON THE UPPER 1/2 OF THE GABLES OF BOTH HOUSE AND GARAGE,  I AM ABLE TO SEE, ARE STILL BRIGHT GREEN. I PHONED HIM IMMEDIATELY AND LEFT A MESSAGE (SEEMS HE DOES NOT HAVE A RECEPTIONIST). HE EMAILED HIS REPLY, AND SAID HE MUST HAVE MISSED SOMETHING AND WOULD SEE ME THE FOLLOWING TUES. HE DID NOT SHOW UP, BUT IN RESPONSE TO ANOTHER EMAIL FROM ME, SAID HE HADN'T AGREED TO CLEAN THE VALLEYS. I THEN EMAILED HIM PHOTOS, AND A COPY OF HIS BID , WHICH CLEARLY STATES OTHERWISE. I HAVE HAD ZERO RESPONSE.

I PAID HIM $803 FOR A JOB PARTIALLY COMPLETED?..GOOD MONEY FOR LESS THAN 8 HOURS WORK. I FEEL STUPID FOR NOT HAVING CHECKED HIM OUT BEFOREHAND, AS I'M USUALLY VERY CAREFUL WHO I HIRE. HE INITIALLY  CAME ACROSS AS A PROFESSIONAL, BUT CLEARLY IS NOT. I AM LEFT WITH NO ALTERNATIVE BUT TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE AT FURTHER EXPENSE TO GET THE JOB DONE CLEAN CUT SERVICES HAD CONTRACTED TO DO. I'VE GIVEN THEM AMPLE TIME TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT.

Clean Cut Services located in Kitsap County, Wash.  Very young crew with what seemed like limited experience. The owner seemed hungry so I wanted to give him a chance.  The roof cleaning went well but they did not cover the landscape so there was a lot of derbies  from the roof in my landscape plants. They lack the tools needed for clean up so there fore left a lot behind.  Prior to starting, the day before, he called me to say that he would be on station at 0830 the next day. The next day him and two other young fellows showed up after 1100.  He told me that he had misplaced his wallet while at the store.....  After they got started he asked me if I would be able to pay them prior to 5 PM so the he could cash the check and pay his crew.  I again wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt so I paid him cash so that he could complete the job in one day.  At the end of the day Joe came to me and said that he would secure for the day but would be back at 1:00 pm the next day to clean the gutters and complete the job.
He never showed and will not answer my calls or emails.   All in all, I am very disappointed and will not recommend Clean Cut Services to anyone.   Very bad work ethics. There are much better companies out there and very competitive prices.
