+ -1 moreEthan's design and building of the patio cover was in strict compliance with the requirements set forth by Kitsap County and the building permit. The project was complete in a timely manner and all phases of the project passed the county inspection on the first visit. He goes above and beyond to ensure that the project he completes is the best it can be. He does not compromise or cut corners on any aspect of the task. I will hire him again for all other remodel jobs I have.
Description of Work: Ethan Mansfield of Build Something LLC designed and built me an 11X21 Patio Cover. He is very dependable, honest and knowledgeable in all aspects of the construction trade. He shows up when promised with all the required tools and equipment. His work ethic is second to none and he portrays a high level of integrity in all he does. This is the second project he has accomplished for me. Back in Dec 2011 he designed and built me a 7X10 walk in cedar closet with outstanding results.
