I was most unhappy with the experience. The advertised price and the actual price that I got charged were vastly different. I reserved a car from an online ad, and when I went in to get the car I had my reservation number but they had no record of that. They went ahead and rented me a car, then when I turned the car in the rate was higher than the Internet rate. Since they had made a new reservation there because they couldn't find the reservation number, they said they didn't have to honor the online rate. So, I ended up spending about twice what I planned, and I won't go back to them.

UNFORTUNATELY THE PEOPLE THAT WERE WORKING WERE NOT VERY FRIENDLY AND THE SERVICE WAS NOT THAT GREAT. I ALSO THINK THAT THE RENTAL PRICE WAS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE.
