Mark measured my fence and provided a quote within 24 hours. The quote was itemized with photos of some installations he has performed. When we agreed on the scope, he gave me a project start date within 3 weeks. The day of install, his crew arrived at exacly 9am as agreed. He reviewed the project again to make sure we are both still in agreement on the scope. The wood he used was hand chosen and absolutely beautiful. He custom cut the tops of the fence panels with a scallop...nice touch. He provided a couple of value added services such as installing a latch that can be accessed from either side of the fence and gave me a lock to put on it. Mark also fixed a broken gutter, set my mailbox post and hauled off some rocks and pavers that I had been wanted to take to the dump. He looked at a couple of projects I'm thinking about for the future such as a front porch awning and wood floor. The fence project was completed in 2 days. I'm very pleased and will definitely use Mark Bradford again.

He is very skilled. He has done a lot of work around my neighborhood. I think he was originally a carpenter. He paints houses and builds fences. If you want him to do something and not sure how. He will explain the work to you and give you an estimate.
