+ -1 moreI waited for a month for a job to be done but he told me that we never came to an agreement. I was expecting him to show up and thought the job was going to be done but he disappointed me.
Description of Work: All he did was give me a bid for the ceiling and for my walls to be painted. He said that my texture on my walls would make the wallpaper look lumpy so we decided to just paint.
