He is a scammer. He quotes a certain price and then does everything he can to change the price by leaving things out in their original quote that he knows needs to be done. He showed up every day, drunk and wreaking of alcohol if you hire him pay attention to the smell of alcohol And watch out for the price hikes. The price is too good to be true.

As the scope of the disaster was revealed over the weeks, Adam and his team went above and beyond every step of the way. Rot and water damage from the attic through the main floor and all the way to the basement floor was demolished, removed, repaired and rebuilt. He kept me in on decisions and solutions. They respected my property and were unfailingly kind and efficient. Flexibility all around made it work. Canâ t recommend highly enough.
