Rats had chewed through siding and were under house. Then gained access to garage by chewing through walls. Had to exterminate from crawl space and garage, then replace siding. They also found a spot where the rats were attempting to chew their way into the kitchen via the island. They were beginning to chew on electrical. Obviously, this took multiple visits and trapping, baiting, removal, etc. They not only replaced the insulation, but replaced dry wall in garage, which wasn't expected of them. Seems the owner has past construction experience. They sealed up all extermal access, and we have had no return of the rodents! The owner was great at explaining everything. I didn't shop around, so I don't know if his price was the best, but considering they had to redo the insulation the price seemed reasonable for a 3,000 squ ft home.

Excellent. It took a few a times, but that was expected. These people succeeded where brand X Pest Control utterly failed. These people know squirrels: know how they get into houses, how to get them out of houses and keep them out of houses. Life with squirrels is heck...after Am to Pm we haven't had a squirrel problem for two years.
