Was rude from the moment they walked in, tracking mud and dirt throughout my house. They had trouble removing heater door. Began raising his voice and yelling that they were having troubles! Then they started talink a different language, and when confronted, they denied it! After 20 min job they left and sent me a $300 bill! Dont bother with this company.

As a customer for 20 years I was a little ticked off because It took them a long time to respond. The price was okay, if they would have came out sooner, they could have fixed it real quick.

Jim, the gentleman who provided the service for our two heat pumps was very professional, extremely thorough, explained any issues and how we could deal with them. He also was punctual with a phone call to let us know when he would arrive. Explained in detail the charges, how often we needed to change the filter, ideas to deal with the dog hair we have in our home. He was a personable young man and a definite asset to the company. It was a pleasure to do business with this company. We would definitely deal with this company again. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They also installed one heat pump in 2003 and another in 2010 and were efficient helpful and prices were certainly comparable with other companies. They were the best in my opinion.

They do excellent work. I have been with them for 10 years. They do a great job. The price was pretty high because it was an old air conditioner and they reconverted it. I have them come every year and it is under $200 for annual service. They are always on time. They bring picture ID. They explain what they have done when they leave. They cleanly and they take off their shoes when they come. I would give them an excellent recommendation. Their price is competitive and it is a good one. They are very good and they keep me completely informed. They called me and let me know what was going on when they knew that they couldn’t be here on time yesterday. They are just very personable and very nice.

Everything was good. They did what they said they were going to do; there was a problem with the unit but they resolved it reasonably. Although they were very thorough in providing information and alternatives the pricing was very competitive. They were not the cheapest, but they were not the most expensive.

They had done work for me before. They also worked on gas leaks, and a number of problems with the water heater, the furnace and the pump. The workers were excellent. They came when they said they would, and I am satisfied with their work.

WHEN THE SALESMAN CAME OUT HE LEFT US THE NAME AND NUMBER TO CALL IF WE DECIDED TO GO WITH THEM. I CALLED THE CO. AND TALKED WITH SOMEONE TO ORDER THE FURNACE AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD CALL WHEN IT WAS IN TO SCHEDULE THE INSTALL. AFTER 2 WEEKS, I HAD NO CALL, SO I CALLED THEM BACK TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON. THEY HAD NO IDEA WHO I WAS OR WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT EVEN THOUGH I HAD GIVEN MY CREDIT CARD TO THE WORKER TO ORDER THE FURNACE. I ARGUED WITH THEM AND AFTER MUCH 'DISCUSSION' I FINALLY GOT TO THE MANAGER WHO PUT A RUSH ORDER ON A FURNACE FOR ME. THE WORKERS THAT CAME OUT WERE POLITE, BUT THEY DID NOT EXPLAIN WHAT WAS GOING ON VERY WELL AND HAD TOLD ME NOT TO DO ANYTHING WITH THE FURNACE UNTIL A TECH CAME OUT, WELL I FINALLY HAD TO CALL ABOUT THAT BECAUSE I HAD WAITED FOR SEVERAL HOURS AND STILL NO ONE HAD SHOWED. THE OFFICE ONCE AGAIN DID NOT KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. NEEDLESS TO SAY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND THE COMMUNICATION IS JUST AS BAD.

"I realize this is a old response, but we stand behind our work and our customer service. We have to maintain a high level of customer service to maintain our standing with the BBB, Trane Comfort Specialist Program and Dave Lennox Priemier Dealer Program. Trane and Lennox require us to submit customer info for Q&A survey that includes the subject area of your complaint. Our customers first connection with the company is with the Comfort Consultant responsible for the project and if they are not satisfied with the response we also have an Installation and Service Manager available. As a policy when a customer concern comes into the office all team members are sent a copy of the concern if a message is left so we can insure that the problem is resolved and the customer is kept informed of what we are doing."
