I scheduled a pickup of my old deck's wood that morning. After a couple confusing phone calls, they had missed their window entirely and i had decided to call another service. Mark from the Bremerton office called me and said they felt bad about losing my business and offered to do the job for free. This was, for me, a $600 value. I know that they recycle the wood and they were out labor and wear and tear on their vehicle, however this was still a fair amount of cash.
Mark wanted to ensure I would use them again should the need arise and I would -- and recommend to others.
The problem boiled down to their scheduling people in Canada trying to schedule specific jobs of unknown duration in Washington. My only real gripe was that communication was confusing.
If you decide to use these folks, try to get ahold of the local manager and firm up scheduling and your flexibility with time.
The man and woman who came out to do the work were friendly, and worked quickly. They also had a great sense of humor while working on a hot afternoon. I was grateful for their service.
