+ -1 moreIt went very well! Our most recent buy was a bank repo, which has its own set of challenges. He kept in close contact with us all the way and was able to make things happen behind the scenes so we could stay confident and focused on what we needed to do. We had to get appliances on a very tight budget- he helped us find the right style at a very good price. We love our house and so appreciate all the things he did for us!
Description of Work: We bought three houses with this young man. He is personable, knowledgeable and, very important to me, he is patient with the search process. He showed us many houses and was very flexible in meeting us on short notice and working quickly when needed. He has a wonderful eye for the possibilities that a house has that sometimes is not apparent on first walk through.
