Tub enclosure delaminated from walls within three months due to poor instillation. Flashing for fan roof vent was improperly installed which resulted in a roof leak. The owner, Brian Hess inspected the shoddy work and pronounced it "the building's fault" and refused to repair either the fan (which became soaked), or the tub enclosure. I was forced to pay another contractor to make the necessary repairs. He also demanded to be paid in cash so he could welsh on his taxes.

I would hire Bryan and his crew again.  In fact I was so impressed with his work that I  showed my neighbors his work and he has obtained a number of jobs in the neighborhood.  He was professional, on time, communicated to all projects.  Gave me insights into fixing problems that won't cost me down the road.  His crew did a fantastic job of detail painting on the molding and walls thru out the house.  He did a great job on the remodel of the master bathroom.  He is a hands on General Contractor that does all the plumbing, electrical, design, plastering, painting and detail flooring with either wood or tile.  What I really liked about Bryan was his integrity. He prides himself in doing a great job and making sure the customer is pleased without costing allot of time and money.   I will use him for outside painting and projects next year.  I am glad a friend of mine who is another General Contractor recommended him.
