Steve showed up on time and did the repair in a timely manner. We plan to hire this company to replace our entire water main this coming summer.

Not only did he replace the spout and  fix the leaking faucet; but he also took a bit of extra time to give the tub and bathroom sink drains a quick clean-out. while he was there.

Courteous, Friendly and all around nice guy.

They overpriced me, punctual but poor quality services and lack of professionalism.

When the leakage from the shower head happened, we called Wallner Plumbing immediately, because we used their service before. Steve came on the same day, opened the shower parts, and told us to get a new part from the manufacturer (due to the lifetime warranty). We then ordered the part, but the manufacturer did not send a correct part; the manufacturer was not helpful at all. Steve tried to find a correct part; then he came back with a correct part and replaced the broken part with it. The shower now is working. ^_^ He also replaced a bath drain part with a new one quickly. Steve is very nice and reliable. We would definitely use Wallner Plumbing if a plumbing need arises.

Plumber quickly figured out that the initial install (by another company) of our garbage disposal was not completed properly. He clamped the garbage disposal properly, and re-attached it to our sink. It works great now.

I called this company because I had a problem with my gas water heater that was causing it to use a great deal of gas. Steve came out and located the problem - a malfunctioning pressure relief valve - and fixed it. He also found that the temperature had been turned up all the way so he put it back where it should be. He was very professional and had the job done quickly and I thought his price was reasonable. I would definitely use this company again.

I wanted a new ADA height Toto toilet installed in the powder room. The
existing Toto toilet was in good condition and a water saver so we had
Stephen remove the old toilet, install a new one, then take the old
Toto toilet upstairs to replace a 35 year Standard brand toilet that
was not water efficient. He took the old Standard toilet with him for disposasl.
Work was done in an excellent, clean
professional manner. We paid for him to bring the toilet to our home
and his labor and knowledge to do the job correctly.
We are very happy and he is our and quot;go toand quot; plumber forever.

This is a good example of why you should not do something yourself. I replaced my shower drop down and head with a new one; however, part of the old drop down broke off and remained in the wall. One week later there was major flood in the wall from the leak I caused. After repair and advise I was able to finish restoration of shower hardware.

The work was okay and the service guy was punctual but dealing with the owner (he answers the phone) is a real turn off. He is very arrogant and acts as if he is doing you a favor by scheduling work. They are also very expensive. There are others in the market that are more service oriented and responsive.

We had a good experience with them. They were unbelievably professional. They stayed one night close to midnight just to get us back on water. They even brought in a couple more guys to finish the job. They had to order a part for the water heater and come by and put it in. I can't tell enough about them, they were so good. They were recommended to us by someone and we in turn have recommended them to our neighbors and some other people.

They were really good. They were polite. They cleaned up after themselves. They did great work. The price seemed reasonable. I would recommend them to anybody.

I have used Wallner Plumbing in the past. I am not as happy with them as I was in the past. I felt as if the prices were higher this time.

Called Wallner Plumbing on a recommendation from a friend. They were out there the same day and had the job completed in about 2 hours (had to run and get a special/rare part). Very satisfied with the service Adam performed.

It was excellent. Their staff was very very good about making sure that we had water service and that we had at least one toilet and sink operable. They were very professional. There were generally two people working on it, then they called in two more people on Friday to make sure the job got done that night.
