The teachers are great. The fitness center itself is just a nightmare. The minute that something opens up nearby I will be switching. it's the bottom of the bottom.
Description of Work: I used it for yoga classes and equipment.

Pros: The trainers are hard-working professionals who do a wonderful job. The facility is older, but that is o.k. Cons: Recently the franchise was purchased by the same company that owns LA Fitness. After that purchase, some services were curtailed. The excellent online portal for scheduling training appointments was turned off with no notice, and never replaced. Trainers had to revert to inefficient scheduling processes. The communication is lousy and club management seems to have evaporated with the new ownership.
Description of Work: I use this club for personal training services, as well as dropping in to use exercise equipment.

First of all, the gym is small and stuffy and all the machines are outdated and crowded very close together. The locker rooms are functional and the saunas are nice, but cleanliness is so-so. They remind one of a public swimming pool locker room. They say they offer towel service, but about a month after I signed up, they started charging $1 each for a bath towel rental. Small sweat towels are supposedly still free, but good luck getting one. Half the time there aren't any clean ones available. I can't speak to the classes because I've never taken one. They look popular (aka crowded), so I haven't tried. Basically, it's a functional gym on my way home from work and the monthly fees are very reasonable. But if you want a nice gym that feels cool, clean and modern, this isn't it.
Description of Work: Convenient and cheap place to work-out, but not a great gym.

I was a member at the Vision Quest in Mill Creek. The gym was clean and the price was right. What amazed me was that the staff is the worst at returning the weights to where they belong, When the staff is training someone or just working out they think that they own the place and are the most important ones in the gym. They take over the equipment and leave weights on the floor instead of returning them to the stack. I noticed that it is the male staff that is disrespectful especially the tall buff guy with black hair. I have since joined Golds Gym for the reasons stated.

Was treated with disrespect and ignored on numerous occasions when I had questions about my membership. Will NEVER set foot in ANY Vision Quest again. I hope they go out of business.
Description of Work: This place is horrible! Don't ever join, or you'll be sorry. They are not professional in their business dealings let alone their fitness expertise. The complaints I have are far too numerous to list here. Having been in the fitness industry for many years and worked at or been a member of MANY gyms, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your money or time. Fair warning!

My kids had no complaints, no issues with them. They are well stocked with equipment and they got trainers available and they have everything you need. I would use them again.

Description of Work: I have been in the fitness industry for many years and have been a member of quite a few gyms, but Vision Quest has to be the absolute worst! Their Sales tactics are high pressure and they push folks to purchase the supplements they provide claiming outlandish results. The locker rooms are absolutely filthy and the showers have paint peeling on the walls and ceiling. Their lockers have locks already on them for the members convenience, but literally only one-quarter of them work. Folks have to wait for someone to leave before they can find a locker to use. Sometimes up to a half an hour!! Crazy!! This has gone on for about 6 months. Management doesn't heed to members complaints as MANY have come forward. Many are sick of it and are leaving the gym. Often machines are under repair, which is understandable, but they stay that way for weeks at a time. Only a couple of their trainers are really professional and know what they're doing. It's interesting to watch as they cater to the young folks, and leave a lot of the seniors, or not so fit members out in the cold. They push their training programs ALL the time, their main goal is getting folks to join & then forget about them. Unfortunately there is not one redeeming quality I can say about this club. I'm only continuing to go because I paid up for a year in advance. Once that runs out, which is soon, I'm outta there. Sorry Vision Quest, but that's the truth.

They are located all over the place. They are upfront, gave me what they said they give. They are pretty affordable. I see exactly what I am getting when I am there. It is pretty clear. The pricing depends on what I want. I will continue to use this provider again in the future.

They have several locations, I go to Canyon Park and Edmonds. It is a low monthly fee of $15 per month, which includes classes, and no contract. I do 2 spin classes and Zumba. I go to the Zumba class with Julie at Edmonds, she is an animal, is extremely intense, and is more like an aerobics class. My shirt is literally wet from sweating and the class uses different cross fitness for different areas of the body. I do spin on Tuesday, Zumba on Wednesday, and spin on Thursday. I have lost a quarter inch off my hips and waist per week, with them, along with dieting. Exercise is "what you get out of it is what you put into it." They are cheap, there is no contract, and the exercise classes are free, and the gym passes my daughters microbiology majors cleanliness standards. They wipe down everything. I give them high ratings and will use them in the future.
Description of Work: I went there week before last as I've been sick, but will be there bright and early Wednesday morning.
