Shane showed up right on time and easily replaced the pane and sealant. His work was immaculate - I didn't even need to paint afterwards. I was very happy with the work and would absolutely hire them again.

They were on time. Their bid was competitive. They saved the old seal intact to show me potential areas that caused the leak. Highly recommend.

They arrived on time at 8:15 and it took them less than one hour to finish the work and I was able to drive to work after 9:15.

I called him to help my neighbor and he replaced the driver's side window. I couldn't have asked for anything better. He just repaired the driver's window. He came early, he called ahead. He told me on the phone what he thought it was going to cost. When he got here it didn't cost any more than that. He fixed it right away, he didn't have to order more glass. He was just spot on with everything, we didn't have any problems. He was stellar.

Our windshield was hit by a stone as we drove on Hwy. 2 to Leavenworth on Sept. 28. On Monday Sept. 30 we called several places of estimates and not only had Victor scored high ratings on The List, but their price was by far the lowest and they would come to our home to do the replacement. I set up a time for the next day with Shane and they arrived on time and were finished in less than an hour. Assuming that the replacement has no problems, you couldn't ask for quicker or reasonably priced service.

Wonderful! Shane was there on time, did the work like the experienced pro is obviously is and left my house as clean as when he arrived. They even washed the inside and outside of the windows. He and is co-worker were delightful and I am now having them come back to do another window, this one is twice the size of the last, but am not concerned at all, knowing it will be done right and for a good price. I would recommend Shane to anyone looking to replace glass, he knows his stuff!

We called Shane from Victor Glass on a Sunday afternoon, thinking we'd just leave a message but he picked up and actually came by an hour later to give us an estimate. He found the right solution for us and was very flexible and prompt in responding to email messages. He was punctual and very professional. Excellent work and excellent service. I highly recommend him.

Shane came to the house, looked at the problem, and said it would take some research to get the right parts. He took pictures and measurements. A week later he returned with the right parts and installed them. The bill was surprisingly low for two trips and parts. He was pleasant and professional, was always right on time, and called when on the way per my request.
