We began the search for our first home knowing a little bit about the home-buying process, but not being too entrenched in the Seattle area yet, we didn't know where to turn for a realtor. Thankfully, Todd was recommended to us by a relative who he'd advised a few years ago, and they assured us he was the individual we wanted taking care of us. That recommendation turned out to be one of the most fortunate gifts we've ever received. We came into this process not knowing Todd at all, but finished with not only our first home in our dream neighborhood, but with a life-long realtor and friend. We truly feel like we have a relative in the real estate business who's looking out for us.

Todd really made sure we knew the ins and outs of everything, from the home-buying process to recommending us an equally fantastic mortgage lender (Geoff Nester at TopFlite Financial). More than that, though, he demonstrated exceptional character from day one through closing. Anyone in the market for a home -- and especially first-time home-buyers -- should be so fortunate to have Todd (and Geoff) guide them through the process.

Todd could have easily accommodated our purchasing one of the first homes we were interested in (and approved for), but when we told him our biggest must-have above all else was a great investment, he took it to heart. The result was a fantastic deal on a great home -- and a tremendous investment -- in our dream neighborhood. He could have very easily upsold us into a home with all the bells and whistles and high-end finishes to get himself a bigger commission, but that's just not how he operates. He truly wanted us to be in good financial shape come time for our next move, and based on the numbers and the neighborhood, we have no doubts that he helped us accomplish just that. And when the day comes that we do decide to sell or purchase again, Todd will be our first call. Until then, we'll be recommending him to anyone who will listen. Outstanding - compared to previous experiences in real estate this was over the top!

Todd was recommended by a friend, but also impressed us from the very first meeting. He was professional, respectful, courteous. We always felt like we were Todd's only clients. He answered or returned calls immediately, was never late for an appointment, followed up right away whenever we had questions and was "there for us" through the whole process. We listed our house right as the market was starting to cool, so Todd really made sure we stayed competitive during the 5 weeks it took to sell. He was also very knowledgeable (unlike other agents) about the market, the law, the entire process. Real estate commissions are pretty high, when you think about it. In the end, we felt like we got a bargain with Todd.
