Sundance was very responsive and professional. They came out right away and replaced the heater. The price was competitive and reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Very well! I called Sundance on Friday afternoon, December 29th. I was bracing myself for a long wait in a freezing cold house due to the approaching holiday, but they were able to have someone out within a half an hour of my call. Mark was punctual, personable and efficient in identifying and correcting the problem-residue build up due to not having my regular tune up done in a while. I will be sure to schedule a fall tune up with Sundance this year!

Bryan called and was able to come early! Bonus! It wasn't a big job, the gas fireplace kept going out (and then coming back on) and needed a good cleaning. Bryan was quick, clean and the glass is so clean I can see the flames again. Double bonus. Answered all my questions. Will use again.

The job was done, but the whole experience was negative. Starting with small mistakes made every step of the process, finishing with company bad attitude. Customer satisfaction is not on their agenda. Small mistakes started with their truck arriving at the neighbor's house, inaccurate scheduling, drilling a hole for electric cord in the wrong spot, leaving crawl space wide open, installing the wrong size pipe for the new stove. I had to hire a handyman who finally found the right segment of pipe to replace what they put out into my kitchen. The worst part for me was the manager's attitude at the end. They are too busy to care for their workers better training or customer satisfaction.

I call Sundance they gave me a ball park quote and expected that they would come out and replace whatever component had failed and make it work again. What I didn't expect is that they would do that, PLUS completely clean under and over the fire box, refresh the glowing embers, reset and clean the logs, clean the clear cover, wipe down the exterior, and test to make sure nothing else was failing. All this was done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I HIGHLY recommend you contact them for your next HVAC or fireplace service.

We used them several years ago and I don't know if we'd use them again because they gave us a gas leak and we had to call 9-1-1. They were really nice, as far as I remember and we had nothing bad to say about them. I don't know if the guy was new or whatever. When we bought the house, the fireplace didn't work. But in the process of fixing it, he gave us a gas leak. My husband said that the guy was nice and professional, so that's good, but the overall experience was terrible because we had to call Poison Control and call 9-1-1, and get our kids out of the house in the middle of the night and it was pouring rain in November. It was just not fun. I wound up lifting my kids the wrong way and I blew out my knee, so I wound up having knee surgery to repair my knee, and that was all part of that. They did come back and fix it, so I think they didn't have to do that. I think they were more afraid that we would go after them, and we didn't. I would say they could educate their employees more, or better. Things happen, and thank God it was natural gas. Poison Control said it wouldn't kill us, but it would make us real sick. I came home from dinner and a movie with a friend and I smelled the odor and I'm like, don't you smell that, because he was sitting in it all day, with our kids. He didn't smell it, and I'm like oh my God. That was not a good time.

They determined the glass bad been put on wrong (which they fixed) and the fireplace was not properly insulated (which they couldn't fix).

Sundance was responsive and helpful with scheduling, even when I needed to reschedule our appointment. The two service techs called before arriving to let me know they were running ahead of schedule and would be early. They talked me through the issues with each fireplace, including giving information to help decide that one was more cost-effective to replace than repair. I would definitely use Sundance again.
