I thought they really did a good job.  It took longer than anticipated but I think that is normal with all contracting work and of course there were some unexpected things that happened which again is typical with contracting work.  They were really good about with listening to me.  They really did a good job and it?s finally done and I finally have my privacy again.  I signed my contract in November last year and it took three months, which is not their fault, for the county to approve my project.  So they did not end up starting until the end of February and they finished last week.

It took longer than normal from what they said it would take but it's solid construction.  I can't rate the price because we never had a second bid.  We just saw their work and we liked it and we went for it.  The quality of their work is definitely excellent.

They were very good. I've known them for years. They did my sun room originally and have done some small stuff. They're really, really easy to work with. Basically, I supplied most of the cabinets and stuff and they installed it and took out a wall and fixed the window and moved the door. They were really good. It was a lot of money - close to $60,000 including the stuff I purchased, but I'm happy with the kitchen. One the things they did broke and they came out and fixed it right away. I like them. I have no basis of comparison for the prices. I just trusted them. I didn't get bids for the kitchen or anything because Keith Sitzmann and I go back a long way. He gave me a basic price. He was real reasonable about the extras. I'm a former construction lawyer. So I know all about things like extras. We worked well together on knowing what was and wasn't an extra. The kitchen was mostly designed by me. They were really good about adjusting to the various thoughts I had and stuff like that. They had good suggestions. They also moved a bathroom. They came up with a billion solution to the fact that it's very, very small in terms of basically bump out so that there is a place for the sink. Overall, I'm very happy with them. It was a lot of work.

First of all, when Keith came out to take a look for the estimate, he is very knowledgeable on building sun rooms. The quote is reasonable. Scheduling was easy, and everything is on time except the waiting time for the windows which is out of their control.

Aaron and his crew finished building the sun room on time. They took care of all the details of the gutter, integration to our existing patio structure and etc. They completed on time and almost care free for us! The best part is they take great care of their customers even after the sun room is finished. We had couple leaks through the sun room. Aaron came out quickly and identified it's our old roof issue. He fixed and we are very grateful because the leak wasn't caused by the sunroom. They are great to work with. We recommend them to all of our friends.

Very professional from star to finnish. I would recommend them, but get firm dates about when the work is to be done.

They are really good to deal with. It's the second project for which I'm using them over the years. They did a great job both times. They are excellent.

I originally contacted Keith by phone and asked about licensing and insurance, since Angie's List looked as if that might be a problem. He explained that he had sold the business to his sons and that was why his old information showed up as "expired." I told him to bring along proof of insurance and licensing when he came to quote, and I would be happy. He came by a couple days later, late in March (and he remembered to bring the paperwork I had asked for, which gave him high points) and gave me an estimate for the job. Another company came in, looked at it, said they thought it would be about $10,000, and that was exactly the bid they later submitted: a flat $10,000. Talk about pulling a bid out of your nether parts... A third bid, to which more care and attention was given, came out somewhere between the two. About the time I was finalizing my decision, I got an email from Keith saying they were offering another five percent off all existing bids, as long as a decision was made by 4/15, in order to keep their workers busy. They would have had my business anyway, but that was great. Since I had good Angie's List reviews on all three contractors, I felt confident in accepting this lowest bid. Keith asked me when I wanted to start, and I said I was open to what worked in their schedule but would like the work completed by the end of April. A couple of days later, I got a call asking if a 4/12 start would work, which it did. Keith's son Beau was the job site foreman and his brother was with him for the heavier parts of the job, as were a couple other workers for briefer times. The work was entirely completed by noon on 4/15...it might have been done by the previous afternoon but their Trex order had been shorted by four boards, so they needed to get more. The work done is exactly what I wanted. Since we are having the whole interior of the house painted in a couple of months, we did not have them paint the new wallboard and window trim they put in, but it is ready to paint and looks great. The outlets and faucet are just what I had envisioned, and the floor is perfect. The workers were very respectful of our home and a pleasure to have around. There were no "surprise" extra costs or problems of any kind. They cleaned up and hauled away their mess every work day, and left the room in "ready to use" shape. If all the contractors I have dealt with were as good, home ownership would be an unqualified pleasure!

Keith not only replaced our sun room but he designed a better setup so our view is better than ever. A gutter was included (we didn't have on with our old sun room) which has helped with the amount of water running down the house below it. The work was done well, and is warrantied, and everything was cleaned up completely.

Very well; the roof was a design challenge and has required fine tuning, which they have attended to promptly. Overall, the project went as expected and the finished product is great!

Keith Sitzmann and his sons Beau and Aaron, who worked as subcontractors, specialize in installing Four Seasons sunrooms and related remodeling. Keith came out after we contacted Four Seasons and proposed a solution for a problem of what to do about the nearly unusable balcony and replacement sunroom after removing the old sunroom and hot tub (which we hadn't used in about 12 years). It was a novel approach that I hadn't thought of, and would provide a usable small room where the upper balcony was, along with a great new sunroom that we could actually use. After agreeing on the design, contract, and price, Keith ordered the new sunroom. He kept us informed of the delivery date (it took about two weeks to arrive) and when they would start work. Keith, Beau, and Aaron were always prompt, explained thoroughly what they planned to do, and worked very hard and carefully with their crews. They removed the entire old sunroom and hot tub in one day, which was amazing. I had been wondering for several years about how that could be done. They installed a large tarp over the area to protect it from rain. It took two days to build out the upper room and install the main parts of the sunroom, then another two days to finish everything. They answered all my questions and concerns. We now have two delightful new rooms that are usable, where before was just dead weight on the house. They cleaned up very well and hauled away all the debris -- including the pumps, non-working heater, and hoses for the hot tub that I had removed. Keith said they recycled what they could (wood beams, etc.). Aaron and Beau and their crews did most of the work, and did a great job. We are extremely pleased.
