I felt broker was not working for my best interest. He did not follow through with agreements and commitments, he did not represent my needs to the roofer, and he pressured me for payment even though the job was not done correctly.

I contacted Seattle Roof Brokers on line, they did not respond any where close to their stated response time. I set up a meeting for a representative to come to my home and discuss a roof replacement. I emailed some question to them that I wanted to go over at our meeting. These were questions from the web site for the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries, Checklist for hiring a contractor. When Seattle Roof Brokers received these suggested L&I questions they immediately cancelled the appointment.

CAME OUT AND EVALUATED MY ROOF. MADE RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE TYPES OF ROOFS THAT ARE OUT IN THE MARKET PLACE. MEASURED THE ROOF AND PROVIDED INFORMATION TO POTENTIAL ROOFERS TO GIVE BIDS ON WHAT IT WOULD COST TO DO THE ROOF. AN EXCELLENT SERVICE AND WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO IS READY TO PUT A ROOF UP.
