We had a great experience with Rock Roofing. Very professional from start (estimates) to finish. Excellent communication throughout the process. We knew that a significant amount of plywood sheathing would need to be replaced but it turned out to be less than estimated and they lowered our bill accordingly. The crew showed up on time and did a good job of cleaning up. Highly recommend them.

Went great, originally estimated the schedule for 2 months, got it in one. A few very minor post-work issues were immediately addressed. Very happy with entire thing.

Answered all questions, even when I received conflicting information to the numbers of layers on my roof from other companies. Rob at Rock came back to verify what he told me. I picked his company to install a new roof, all his information given to me was correct on the numbers of layers of roofing material. Thus he bid had no surprises during the job.

I decided to use Rock Roofing for a couple of reasons.  1. A close friend, who is about as picky as they come researched the **** out of roofers before deciding on Rock Roofing and he was very happy with the results.  2. Rob came out and actually climbed the roof and did a thorough inspection and got measurements.  Followed up in a timely manner and gave a competitive bid, answered questions face to face and was very helpful.
To say that Rock Roofings roofers were efficient and meticulous is an understatement.  My 2200 sf roof was cleared and shingled in the same day.

Our experience with Roof Roofing was A+ from the sales experience to the completed project.  Rob, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable and pleasant.  No high pressure sales at all.  The project was very organized which was appreciated because February can be very stormy.   It was coordinated perfectly -the dumpster, plywood, underlayment, and shingles were delivered exactly on time as needed and the crew was able to get the underlayment on before the rain set in. They were a tireless, hardworking, and polite group of guys.  Scott, the owner, stopped by a few times to check the progress during the 2 full days it took to complete the roof for our 3100 square foot home.  Vance, the quality control guy, came by to inspect the final project to make sure we were 100% satisfied, which we were.  We did not have to put down a deposit, only paying in full at the end.  The dumpster was gone the morning after the roof was done which was certainly appreciated.  (Other roofing companies in our neighborhood do not have the dumpsters picked up so timely.)  We highly recommend Rock Roofing!

Our experience with Rock Roofing was wonderful.  When I first contacted them for an estimate, my call was returned within a few hours and when Rob, the salesman, came out to check out the project, he was professional and pleasant.  He even provided an aerial view of our roof.  When the estimate was ready later that week, instead of emailing it, he met with us in person to go over the bid and answer questions that we had.  No high pressure sales at all, which we appreciated.
The actual project went extremely smooth and took only 2 full days to complete for our 3100 square ft house.  Rock Roofing has a crew of 8 who are polite and who worked tirelessly for those 2 days.  They cleaned up at the end of each day.
Scott, the owner, kept me well informed about each step, and each step was so well planned so that no time was wasted.  The dumpster was delivered, the crew began removing the old shakes, the plywood and underlayment were delivered and all installed the first day, which was perfect because rain was in the forecast for the following day.  The second day all the flashing and the roof was installed.  They even painted our gas stove pipe to match the new roof, which was not in the contract and we were not charged for.
The morning after the roof was done, the dumpster was removed in the morning.  Vance, who does the QC for Rock, came out to make sure everything looked good and that we were happy with it.  Rock does not require a down payment; in fact, their policy is to make sure the customer is satisfied at the end of the job and then payment is due.  Rock was not the least expensive bid that we got for our roof, although competitive.  We just had a good feeling about them, and we feel that we made the right decision.  A very well run company with high quality workmanship.

Rock Roofing removed the old roof on my home and installed a new roof, with new tar paper.  They made a mess of it.  The nails they used on the overhangs are too long and protrude, splitting apart the plywood and causing holes to form and vermin to get in.  When I complained, Scott Fisher (the owner) sent over a man who told me, "We have to do it that way."  This was an expensive roof.  The original quote was for $9575, but I ended up paying $13,551 dut to an old rat infestation they were supposed to remove, put in new plywood and insulation over the kitchen.  But they only did part of it; we still have the same stench from this old rat infestation.  I paid almost $4,000 extra for this, and they should have done a better job!  The yalso caused the roof to leak in two places overnight, because they left it with only tar paper while it was raining heavily.  They did not mop this up!  With better timing, this was avoidable as well.  I also have a huge mess of sooty debris and filth inside the garage, which came down from the roof while they were pounding in nails.  They did not offer to clean up any of this mess.  It's a very labor-intensive clean-up job and will cost hundreds of dollars.  The only "clean-up" they did was outside with a blower that blew thousands of chunks of roofing material, plastic pieces, nails etc. all over the landscaping.  We spent weeks trying to clean up after the roofers.

UPDATE: THEY DID FINALLY COME OUT AND CORRECTED THE PROBLEM..-2/25/2016

I have a 60 year old rambler that I knew was going to require an expensive new roof if it was done right. As the roof is almost flat I decided to go with a welded single ply roof because I believe it is the best and most up-to-date solution. It is, however, the most expensive (lifetime warranty) and requires a skilled professional to install it correctly. The tearoff of the old roofs and plywood installation was done by a crew in a day. The task of installing the fascia boards and roof was left to a very skilled man and his helper. This took four daysThis was one of the main reasons I went with Rock Roofing  - it is a smaller company with a skilled installer. The owner of Rock Roofing is easy to get ahold of and a pleasure to do business with! I would use them again!

My home was in desperate need of a new rood and gutters. I had water leaking in several places and it was just that time. Rock roofing's bid was similar to the other 2 I received. Rob came over to my house to do a walk around and then provided me a bid. Everything was broken down and explained thoroughly well enough for me to understand. The work was performed on time and professionally. They found some rotted decking and rafters that Rob was not able to see in the initial inspection and replaced them. After the gutters and fascia board was installed, I was not satisfied with the "bowed" look of the gutters over the fascia so Rob came out and took a look at it and agreed that aesthetically, it didn't look right. When I got home from work a few days laters and the gutters had been adjusted. I would definitely use them again for all my roofing needs.

Ironically they started Friday, March 13th after lunch and completed my roof that evening before they went home except for a few minor things they needed to do with trim in which they completed by that next Tuesday.  It rained 'cats and dogs' the next two days: Saturday and Sunday.  It is hard to see my roof from most perspectives, but looks great from high ground!  They cleaned the area up afterwards and I only saw very small amounts of refuge and I had to look really closely: I would have missed them, too.  To be fair I have no idea what a roof should cost, but I get a lifetime guarantee plus a lifetime guarantee for the next owner if it transfers.  With everything I received: material, services, and guarantees,  I think the price was very fair!  I'm 62 so the lifetime guarantee doesn't move me much, but the transfer part gives me peace of mind that my house/property will hold or grow it's value!  On top of that they were easy to deal with: very professional, but with character.  When they were in full motion, they were like a beehive in motion getting ready for winter!

Scott and his crew were very good.  His service man Vance was also very good.  They did a great job. Price was reasonable (I got 7 bids).  The only minor problem was that his crew pushed it at the end of the day to get done and it was dark at the end so, the clean-up and a couple other problems suffered.  Vance came back a couple times and corrected everything, so the overall job was very satisfactory.  I would definitely recommend Rock Roofing.

Rock Roofing was responsive to my phone call and came with an estimate that was very competitive. Once I gave the purchase order, we set a date for service. They had a cancellation and asked if I would like them to come sooner. We agreed on the new time. They arrived, did the work, made some suggestions on work needed to be done on the chimney. Their suggestions matched that of a mason contractor that I had just used to replace the cap on the chimney. The work was completed in a timely manner and done in a professional manner.

They were very responsive, they answered our questions, they were flexible and they had a very competitive pricing.

WOW!! We cannot say enough great things about Rock Roofing! Scott is wonderful to work with; he talked us through the process in great detail, made recommendations we hadn't considered and provided outstanding customer service. His crew arrived as scheduled, were very careful during tear-off, professional workmanship with prompt completion and clean-up. The cost was one of the lowest bids we received - the biggest bargain around!!

The staff, from Scott, Rob, to Vance were all professional, attentive, efficient.  They were very courteous, knowledgeable
and took time to explain/answer questions.
The crew that came out to do the work was similar.  The lead/foreman was polite, calm, yet had he and his team were fast, efficient and careful doing the work.  The work was completed quickly, and the new roof looks nice, and I've recommended them highly to neighbors who have walked by or asked about the work.   Fantastic cleanup too.
Honest with no BS, problems are solved, pricing reasonable, courteous, positive, work done, and done efficiently.  Crew and staff.  The type of contractor you always want, but don't always get.
