We had a series of outlets on a single circuit breaker fail. The breaker was also passing through an emergency generator panel. Karlin quickly diagnosed the main panel and generator panel and traced the problem to a bad outlet. He quickly replaced the outlet and we were good to go. He was super professional and friendly and got here very quickly.

Two of our GFI outlets had started smoking and sparking over the weekend (agh!) resulting in no functioning outlets in our kitchen and
bathrooms. After attempting to fix them ourselves with no success, we called Pure Power on Monday morning. Karlin was able to fit us into his schedule the same day we called, explaining that there would be a service charge plus the cost of parts. He not only fixed the outlets, but was friendly and took the time to walk my husband through the GFI outlet replacement process, and then offered to walk the house and check all of the other outlets just to be sure they were okay as well. We really appreciated him taking the time to do that! I also appreciated that there were no surprises with the billing-- everything was very straightforward and clear. Should we need any electrical work done in the future, we will definitely be looking to Pure Power first!
