Charge me $900 dollars for nothing as unit still doesn?t work. Never should have paid upfront. This company scammed me out of my money and have not heard from them since.would like to have my $900 refunded. Mickey is very disappointing and apparently dishonest.

My washing machine won’t drain. Could you imagine how stressful to have washing machine that is not working. Normally I called a friend to fix the problems on my appliances . I am afraid to call a professional plumber who charges the price I cannot afford. Since my friend is not available , I called Prosworks the first one I saw on the list, and Mickey answered. He came to the house on same day and diagnosed the problem. But before I called I prayed very hard , that I get someone who will do the job and do not rip me off. Mickey orders the part that needs to be replaced right away. The next day he came back and installed the new part. Now my washer is perfectly working. He is trustworthy, with words of honor, reliable and dependable. Mickey is the guy. My prayer had been answered. Thank you Prosworks and Mickey. You made my life easier.

I hired them to replace the motors on my kitchen vent hood. After several months they could not find the replacement motors so I asked for a refund as they had already charged me for the cost of the replacement motors but they never gave me a refund for $421.70.

I had given up on finding a reliable repairman. I was extremely impressed and satisfied with who worked with us. He was corrigible and answered every question I had. THANK YOU, Jay

Miki repaired my older model JennAir down draft gas range/convection oven. The control board was shorted out, and these are no longer available. He sent it out to be rebuilt and after much follow up with the third party vendor on his part, was able to obtain and reinstall the board. He was able to perform additional troubleshooting on the unit and get all the features working again, including a previously non functional oven light assembly. I could not find another repairman who would even touch one of the down draft units, and he was able to successfully repair it with minimal cost. I highly recommend Miki for appliance repairs!!! He came through for me, when no one else would even try!!!

I have been working with Mickey for the better part of a decade. I worked with him all through the remodel of my home. He exuded a sense of ease in his professional delivery when being asked multiple questions about the mechanics of the products he was working on. I have been working with him since my child was a toddler who is now in middle school. His white glove treatment has kept him in my phonebook, and as my go to for a service technician with professionalism, efficiency, the ability to convey information to a non-technical person, All delivered with a white glove treatment. Would definitely recommend.
