PRO ROOF

Well I started out extremely pleased. Referred to them from a friend and they were prompt and seemingly efficient. When taking off the old metal roof that was failing they found a 2nd roof underneath so slight increase in charge to remove the 2nd roof. They got done quick and cleaned up then the issues started. Their workers damaged my gutter in taking the roof off and at first said it wasn’t them but my gutters were new so had to be. They had another gutter person come in to fix and although not a great job it was tolerable. Flash forward about a year and during heavy rain water is coming in my bathroom. They eventually come by and tell me it’s coming in through the fan (wind blowing into tunnel) I don’t agree but they are the pros…. This goes on for about a year then trying multiple fixes before they discover that a bolt they put I apparently was letting water through to pool inside….. finally fixed. Few months later water starts dripping in my living room. I now have water coming in my window from the top and in middle of living room. They inspect and tell me it must be the chimney. Chimney had already been fixed but had them come out take another look. Agreed iits slim possibility but address any possible issues beyond flashing done by roof company. It happens again… zaparra’s says can’t be the roof and this goes on for another year. Well it’s now Xmas of 24 and I wake up to more water coming in living room and now also my bedroom. Will see if it takes 6 months for them to respond again. Tried contacting Malarkey Shingles as that’s what they used about a year back with no response.

Very well, I am happy with the work that was done, the only thing is I have an awning in back with the corrugated sheets and there had been debris on top for quite sometime and not all of it was removed due to it was really stuck on hard. other than that, it well..

Fantastic job, it has been
several months and though it needs cleaning---no leaking, It looks so nice with the drip flashing plus that feature protects heavy old irreplaceable cedar gables.!
please see above review for it states how he inspected, discussed with me at length and listened to what I wanted. He found a nail coming up from the underside,---By listening, the cost of the material for the roof originally was not wasted and the damage stopped. You can trust this man to know about roof structure, and that he cares about YOUR home.! there is more to a job than how fast someone does it. They need to listen and know roofs and not be worried about how many roofs they came put on in a month.!!!!!! I have a high maintenance roof with challenges galore and he added the things I needed: Flashing, properly flashed chimney, and really sought to make the roof do it's job====protect the interior of the home!
I must add he he helped me to ascertain what type of covered gutter I should get and when to install it. that was a big help for Ihad a useless, lightweight gutter cover that filled up my gutters. !!! Not good.

WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND DEPENDABILITY. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND EFFICIENT IN THEIR WORK. THE DECK LOOKS GREAT AND THEY DIDN'T DAMAGE ANY OF THE PAINT ON THE SURROUNDING WALLS.
