I had been looking for a new home for over a year before I contacted Preston.  I was stalled in the process, uncertain about just what type of home to choose.  Preston was like a breath of fresh air, encouraging me to look at a variety of homes to help me identify my preferences.
He was flexible in working around my busy work schedule, often coming up in the evenings to show me homes.    Afterwards, we would sit down and review the listings and further refine my search.   Any questions or details I had about a home he found out immediately, usually while we were still walking through the house!   When I finally found one that looked promising, he came up the next day and we had an offer in place at just the right time.   There were two other offers on the home already but Preston worked with me on improving my offer with the minimum increase needed to secure the deal.  I was very pleased.   He set me up with an excellent appraiser, attending the appraisal to help me ask the right questions about the condition of the home.  He helped me sort through a dilemma I had about the sewer system, contacting a plumber so that I was more than satisfied with my concern.  He even came up for the scoping of the sewer system. Once all my questions were answered, he walked me through all the paperwork, arranging with the seller a closing date that fit both are needs.   I have purchased two previous homes with the help of real estate agents- this was easily the best experience I have had.
