Todd met me on time (in fact, he got there before I did). He invited me to walk with him throughout the inspection, encouraging questions before, during and after. The inspection was very thorough from crawling through the crawspace checking the foundation to climbing up on the roof to check the roof and chimney. He took digital photos to document areas of concern. After the inspection he provided a detailed inpection report, as well as a summary report that essentially will become the to do list. I can easily recommend Todd.

IT was great! Todd is very knowledgeable and took his time to explain what he was doing. HE had a wonderful ideas about what could be done to make our new home even more wonderful. HE never seemed to be impatient with the many questions we had. His report paperwork was delivered to us within hours!

They were very nice while at the house, but missed things. Sagging floor, evidence of rodents & obsolete furnace ready to die. They seemed to have an agenda. They checked off their list the standard things that are usually worth noting, but missed some big ones.
