They were 2 days behind the schedule. I had to call / text Vasiliy non stop 'till he actually send his guy over to install. But they did a decent job on install the floor. The cost of service is very expensive for a not-committed schedule.

The work was all done on time and in a professional manner. We scheduled the work a couple weeks in advance which gave us enough time to move all of our furniture out of the space. The oringial stain was matched almost perfectly. There were a couple boards that had severe water damage and couldn't be refinished so sections were replaced. You can't tell where the work was done it is so seemless. I expected that the floors wouldn't turn out perfect because they were so damaged from years of abuse but they look incredible.
