Lawn Tool Repair
A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE BUT NOT OVERWHELMINGLY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. WHEN I PICKED UP MOWER ONE OF THE CONTROL CABLES HAD BEEN CRIMPED AND WHILE I DO AGREE THAT IT WAS MY FAULT, THE SHOP DID NOTHING TO IMPROVE THE SITUATION, INDICATING THAT THEY WERE GOING TO CALL ME ABOUT REPLACING THE CABLE BUT DIDN'T. I FELT THAT THEY WERE PARTLY AT FAULT BECAUSE THE HANDLE WAS NOT STRAIGHTENED UP SOON ENOUGH TO MITIGATE THE CRIMP IN THE CABLE. NOT LIKELY THAT I WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. ALSO MOWER STARTING DID NOT IMPROVE WITH TUNE UP.
