The electricians (Chris & Fred) showed up on time, kept me informed as to their progress during the day, did the work exactly as asked, left work areas clean, fixtures are all functional and finished earlier than estimated. They were both very pleasant and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use North Star Electric again, and will recommend them to friends. Prior to the work, the owner came out to do the estimating and provided very useful information and advice.

They were quick to answer the phone and responded and answered all questions promptly. They were very patient throughout the entire process. They stuck to the original bid and arrived on time as promised every time.

The work they did was a lot and they did it in a very reasonable amount of time, considering that there was a lot to get done. It was a pretty complicated job, but they pulled it off and I can't be happier with them.
