HE RESPONDED TO A LEAK WE WERE HAVING FROM AN UPSTAIRS BATHROOM. HE WAS HELPFUL IN GUIDING US TO DETERMINE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS SO WE COULD DO THAT PART ON OUR OWN, WHICH SAVED US MONEY. ONCE WE ZEROED IN ON THE PROBLEM HE GAVE US FURTHER RECOMMENDATIONS ON COST SAVING FIXES. HE DIDN'T CHARGE US FOR COMING OUT TO DIAGNOSE PROBLEMS (ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS). VERY PLEASANT SERVICE.
