gutter cleaning
+ -1 moreHired him for gutter and roof cleaning. We have gutter foam installed on the gutter to protect the water flow from leaves/debris. He explained the life-time of the foam and advised it's not good for gutter etc. Based on this info, the work detail/payment is agreed upon. And part of this job was to check the spouts with water as well. Upon completion of the work, I asked him to check the work by the water hose. He was reluctant to check and said that it’s not an issue. Then I asked about the overflow of the water. Then he said he cannot guarantee as there is a gutter foam. I reminded him about the agreed work. Then he was rude and asked for payment and vanished. Over-promise and under deliver. Don’t expect a good customer experience.
