I had Monicatti Contractors build a MIL apt. in the interior of my home. It was a great experience and the end result was so much more than I ever imagined. The quality of work was outstanding. The team of Dennis and Loren is like having family members in your home, they make you feel so comfortable about your decisions. I can't say enough about how much I love how this apt. came together. Or as I say to my friends and quot;It is so cute, I want to live there !and quot;. Yes, I would do it all over again.

MONICATTI APPROACHES PROJECTS IN THE MANNER OF A CRAFTSMAN; LIGHT ON PAPERWORK AND MANAGEMENT, BUT PROFESSIONAL AND EFFECTIVE. VERY SKILLED, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CREATIVE. HAS EXPERTISE IN RETROFITING NEW CONSTRUCTION INTO OLD HOMES. HE IS FAIR AND HONEST IN ALL RESPECTS. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK AND WITH THE PROJECT OUTCOME.
