After our initial contact Paul Davenport, the owner, visited our home and performed an initial walk thru with us to determine estimated cleaning costs, provided us details on their standards, explained to us how the service would work and then helped us determine a frequency for cleaning services. At the conclusion of the initial cleaning, Paul came by our home to insure the cleaning standards were achieved and confirmed that we were happy with the service provided. At the conclusion of the second cleaning a Supervisor came by the house and insured the cleaning standards were achieved. All three scheduled cleanings were performed expertly and to standard. We continue to use Molly Maid and gladly recommend their services.

I have a large house and was getting ready for a Superbowl Party (GO HAWKS!) and needed help so I could focus on decorating and hate cleaning anyway. They arrived on time and finished on time and were both personable and professional; I showed Erika what needed doing and stayed out of their way; Erika had the occasional question as to specifics that I had not considered. She walked me through upon completion, and I could not have been more satisfied. Later on I noticed things they had taken care of that I had not thought about like cat hair low on drapes that was taken care of.

Molly Maid has been great.
I have used several cleaning services over the
past 7 years and MM has been the best. Consistent quality time after
time. In over two years as a client! we have had only 2-3 times where it
was not perfect, a phenomenal 95%+ perfect grade. Much better than
anyone else in the market. And any issues get immediate attention
without a fuss.
They have also been amazingly flexible. Extra
cleanings for parties, last minute schedule changes (ours, not theirs),
and special requests are all treated with a smile and a "Yes".
I highly recommend their service.

Needed someone to come in and clean home for my daughter who had hurt her leg and having other health issues. Called Molly Maid of Mill Creek and Woodinville and they responded quickly. Said they had an opening for the next morning. Took that spot and the 2 women came on time and did a fantastic job. The 2 women were very professional and respectful. We are wanting they to come back every other week. The cost I was expecting this time because of the immediate help needed. Otherwise it seems a little high.
