Initially the cleanings went very well. Upon closer inspection I noticed little things, nothing to get upset about such as: Not removing the food catcher and cleaning around the drain, not dusting under glider chairs in the living room-in fact I needed to request them to do it. They had a tendency to dust around objects vs moving them, my head board to the bed was not fully dusted-dust accumulating in the corners, not vacuuming behind doors. Multiple instances where my floors were sticky-they were supposed to use vinegar so not sure what was going on there. All these little things I could live with but the straw that broke my back was coming home and finding my cats had no access to either of their litter boxes for over 6 hours, fans on, small amount of garbage left in a box outside the garage door. Fortunately there were no accidents, which shocked me since 1 of the kitties has health issues and needs access on a frequent basis. He was so frantic when I arrived home, after opening the utility room door he was clawing at the door to the garage for approx. 10 mins and it took me a good 45 mins to calm him down.
On the plus side if I asked them to return to correct an issue they were great about it as well as if I needed to change my schedule.

After i hired them this is the email i sent
I'm sad to say that we will not be using your services again.
When we walked through the house you told me that you work from the top down
and that the vents get dusted this didn't happen. This was on of the reasons I
hired Molly Maids. The freezer front wasn't clean.
I didn't walk into my home blown away
I'm disappointed we spent that much when we get the same clean for $125.

expected it to be. The team was there for a little over 3.25 hrs and were
feeling rushed at the end knowing that you were only willing to pay for 3 hrs.
That could be why those two areas were missed. We did give you a discount of
$51 for the clean and it is our policy to come back out and re-clean areas the
team missed. Was it the front of your freezer door in the kitchen and the
vent in the ½ bath that were missed? If so, please allow us an opportunity to
make this right. We would hate for you to walk away with a bad impression of
Molly Maid and know that we can provide you with quality professional cleaning
service.

a good time for the team to come out and re-clean those areas irrespective of
if you want to continue service or not. We would hate to lose you as a
customer.
I appreciate that they want to come back to clean it, but i feel it's a slap in my face that you said you gave me a discount. When you have a coupon on Angie's list for $158.00 for 4 hours of cleaning and i was charged for $222.00 for 3.25 hours of cleaning I found you on Angie's list. My house wasn't dirty and is kept very tidy. My husband hates that I pre-clean before the cleaners come out! He says we pay to much for me to do that.
We have had the same cleaning company for awhile and wanted to get a different company because they had some changes and kept sending different cleaning crew out each time they came to the house. They charge us $125.00 twice a month to clean the entire house. I was going to to spend $165.00 twice a month with you and that didn't include the entire house. (minus 4 rooms) We aren't cheap we will pay for great service. We weren't blown away with the service for the price.
I wished it worked out because now i have to find new cleaners.

They started off great for about the first year we had them, then they changed crews and everything went to heck in a handbasket within about 30 days.
Suddenly basic things weren't being cleaned, and we had to have them come back for re-cleans twice in a row. They left our sliding glass door wide open and left the premises. Left our front door unlocked. Rescheduling the re-cleans was a drama, and I actually got docked pay because they insisted on coming back out the same day as another repair person - who I had to reschedule 3 times because it conflicted with their schedule.
Previously, I would have given them an A+ rating, but not with the new crew.
