Description of Work: Melnyk Remodeling signed a contract with me for a bathroom remodel and took a deposit of $3500. They later decided not to do the work and canceled the contract. They agreed to refund my deposit but have not done so.

Description of Work: They did tile work around the bathroom. Installed two new sinks and a new countertop. He also did overhead lighting over the breakfast bar. He also did lighting in the entryway and wood molding in the kitchen.
