It went very well for 2-3yrs. Then I was not getting mows and called, but no reply. After three weeks waiting I decided to get someone else. I cancelled this service.

I am very satisfied. Matt is a very nice person and I am very happy with him. I will continue to use Matt's Lawn Care Inc. and recommend his service.

They have always been good but they did not show up at the start of this year. I called their number and left several messages without any reply. I then called Matt?s cell number and left several messages. My sister has also called for her lawn and he has never called back or showed up. I have had to come find someone else. It?s very unprofessional to not return calls, I depended on him to work on my lawn and he has never called back. I will never use Matt's Lawn Care again.

He works for me on and off all year round. always does a great job.

It is on and off with the quality of work because they have a high turnover of employees. They miss a lot of places and do a quick mow of 20 minutes so they can leave. They put no effort in doing a good job!

Very thorough job done on the initial clean up. It really freshened up the yard, to be well trimmed and to have the winter's debris removed. I was so happy with it, I've now set them up as monthly yard service. It really makes a difference to have such a well done professional look.

Matt was one of the few companies that was responsive and worked me into his schedule promptly.

They have always done a good job and the yard is looking better.

Only problem is that I never get an invoice.

I'm a disabled retired veteran and am getting to the point I can no longer take care of my yard adequately.  I looked at the reviews of several Angie's List companies and came across Matt's Lawn Care Inc.  The reviews were excellent and I was cautiously optimistic. 

Communication:

I sent Matt a message and asked him for an estimate.  He e-mailed me back the same morning letting me know he got my message.  Within about 48 hours I had an estimate and within a week the work was scheduled.  Excellent communication.

Performance:

The work was scheduled for Monday, August 31st.  Even though Western Washington had a huge wind storm the weekend of August 29th, Matt's team was at my house Monday morning and did everything I asked for.

I wasn't there to personally observe the work, but when I got home, my neighbor was outside throwing the football with his son.  He was home when Matt's team was working in my yard and my neighbor described how meticulous Matt's team was.  He described how they'd trim the Arborvitae, step away to look how straight the top and sides were, go back and trim a little more, etc.  Excellent attention to detail.

Price:

Overall, I think the price was reasonable.  My yard is about average size, but there are a lot of bushes and small trees that need trimming and pruning, and lots and LOTS of weeds.  My yard has never looked better!

Overall, I'm really happy with the results.  The work was excellent at any price, but the fact that Matt's prices are reasonable, just makes the experience that much better.  I've already let Matt know I want him to give me an estimate for my backyard.  I'm looking forward to seeing my backyard look as good as the front yard.

I was getting my house ready to put on the market and needed someone to come do a quick mow and edge, weed a few beds, and lay down some fresh bark. I contacted at least four other providers from Angie's list and either got no response or the providers were not able to fit me into their schedules. I explained my situation to Matt and he was able to fit me into his schedule quickly. He came out to give me an estimate and then we emailed several times so he was clear on what I wanted. He followed through and did exactly what I asked. His crew members are very nice and polite. Matt's prices are in line with the other providers, maybe even a little less. I would definitely use his company again but unfortunately I moved out of his service area.

They are right on time every two weeks and do a good job and what's nice about them is that they bill you. We are very pleased with there service and would recommend them to anyone.

It's an ongoing service. The first bill was $40 for just one mowing, but it needed to be done twice. Out of all the people I contacted on Angie's List, Matt's Lawn Care was the only company that got back to me. I met the lawn care guy and he was prompt as well as very courteous. He was very attentive to my wishes. His quality stood out to me and he did a good job. He was personally involved as well. He didn't give it to somebody else or to his workers.

We have it mowed and edged, with the sidewalks and driveway blown. They are very reliable, and do a great job. We are very happy with them. They have good equipment and a nice truck, very clean outfit.

Brian came out and gave an estimate after placing a couple calls. Very professional and the cost matched the estimate. The team did a great job on the day of service, even the neighbors commented. Difficulty lies more in trying to get a hold of the company, scheduling time to come out.

Fabulous! Matt and Brian responded quickly for a request for a bid. We talked over my needs to make my property marketable. Brian helped me to determine what I needed to have done and what was actually unnecessary. They promptly responded with a competitive written bid and were very flexible for scheduling the work. They knew I had a tenant that worked swing shift and let us know they would start the pressure washing as late as possible so as not to awaken the tenant. The workers arrived on time and worked all day. The finished job looks great! Everything was done completely and exceeded my expectations. There was a Rhody bush that I thought might have to come out but they did a fabulous job pruning it. You would never know it almost was ready for the yard waste bin! I also had Matt's company cut the lawn for another property. They gave us a great rate and did a great job. As a landlord I need to be able to depend on a company to do the job correctly and on time. Matt and Brian were very professional and pleasant to work with--they did an excellent job. I would recommend them to any home owner or landlord. I am getting my home done next!
