The person who came was Klim chuck. Although general construction and renovation is what he does, he is one that will search himself to learn something new if he wants to. He is the kind of guy that most of us want to use right now. He is willing to do little things which are valuable to most of us. He has also done houses and his range of expertise is good. He is very personable, highly responsible and excellent at problem solving. His price is excellent and probably he doesn't charge enough. I should say he is very fair and when things go wrong from his end, he takes the heat on it.
