JOHN WAS PROMPT TO ADDRESS MY URGENT PROBLEM. CAME TO MY PLACE OF WORK, AND SPOKE A LANGUAGE I COULD UNDERSTAND, NOT BEING IN IT!! AND TOLD ME EACH THING HE WAS DOING.... IN THE END SAID HE COULDN'T FIND WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND NEEDED TO TAKE TO LAB AND TOOK IT THERE FOR ME. (I HAD NO IDEA WHERE TO START LOOKING FOR RELIABLE COMPUTER REPAIR LAB...) AND BROUGHT BACK TO ME WITH RESULT. PC BACK ON TRACK. RECOMMENDED THAT WHEN WORKING FROM HOME TO USE POWER STRIP AND ONLY CHARGED ME BASIC RATE EVEN THOUGH DROVE OVER 56 MILES ON MY BEHALF AND LIAISED WITH LAB.
