Kirby Plumbing

Left multiple messages for Larson Plumbing that were not returned, so I called Kirby plumbing and I am very glad that I did. I left a voice message for Kirby on the morning of 11/30 and received a call back within 30 minutes. The person who called was very friendly and made sure he understood my issue and how I would like to address/fix. We made arrangements to have him come to my house in the afternoon, and he arrived exactly when he indicated he would. He was friendly, clean and explained exactly what needed to be fixed and what didn't. Very professional. Kirby is at the top of my list for plumbing issues now.

Received referral from our general contractor. Was highly recommeded. We were doing a remodel and needed to replace the galvanized with copper pipes, plus add a bathroom. The quality of the work was aweful. Kirby used old parts from other jobs, used the wrong size pipes and really screwed up the entire job. So much that it needed to be all torn out and redone. We asked him to fix what was done improperly and all he did was threaten us. His remedy was to call the city and have us red-tagged. Not only is he incompetent, but he just plain unprofessional.
