We always look forward to Fridays, because that means Jessica is coming. Aside from how wonderfully she cleans the house, she is cheerful, uses only natural cleaners (per our request) and is a joy to be around.
I recently fell and injured my knee and Jessica very kindly brought food, ice and other things from downstairs to me if I paged her on her cell. I know I have interrupted her flow these past few weeks, but not having to go up and down the stairs is a blessing.... and she always has a smile and a bright and wonderful demeanor. 
We have a few rotating jobs that she will do once a month for us, such as cleaning out the fridge, dusting these shelves that have a ton of trinkets on them or other odd jobs that don't need doing very often. She never complains if we ask her to change something up and she is always happy! I don't know how she remains so positive week to week but she does...and we love her. The house feels so good to start the weekend off right... it is TOTALLY spotless. We have 5 indoor cats, and even though they all get brushed every day, there is cat hair everywhere by Thursday. Jessica cleans it all up for us and is kind to the cats...and they are all quite shy, but even they love it when she comes! 
We recently moved into a much bigger house, but her price still seemed completely reasonable and we will continue with her for as long as she is in business. I happen to know as of this writing, she does have some openings for weekly or bi-monthly customers. She'll go as far south as 85th street and services the North End, including Shoreline, Bothell, Kenmore, etc. 
She moves quickly but it never feels like she is skipping over stuff to get out of here faster... the house always feels exactly the same: clean and orderly and WE LOVE JESSICA!!!!!!! We will use her as long as we live anywhere and she still is cleaning. She really seems to love what she does and her pride in leaving the house sparkling is evident... She truly cares and she is a wonderful person. 
HIRE JESSICA NOW WHILE SHE HAS OPENINGS!!!!!!! She went for several years without any availability for new customers, but now she has some space in her schedule for new ones....so if you want a fantastic, high energy, smiling house cleaner, hire her immediately. She has lost a few clients due to the economic downturn...so this is your lucky break if you need someone. Call her today. We cannot recooend her more highly and I'm pretty picky when it comes to who cleans my home. Jessica rocks.

Jessica is always right on time, communicates via email very well, and does a fantastic job cleaning our home. Of the 5 housekeepers we have used over the past 20 years, she is the best.

Jessica is always upbeat, thorough and doesn't flinch when we (occasionally) throw a curve ball at her (like, can you please start upstairs this week instead of downstairs?). She only uses natural cleaning products at our house (per our instructions) and we enjoy having her come every week and clean our place. She does the best job and her price is extremely reasonable.

What do I say about "OVERALL"- I say, Brava!!!! This lady is the best at what she does!!! You can turn your back and feel totally safe that all will be taken care of! From the time she walks in the door she is working, until she is completely finished!! And after having some of the worst housecleaners in all of Seattle!! - it's almost more than you can take!!! After her first couple of visits we walked around thinking we would find the same kind of distaste we had found with the other services!! NEVER ONCE, have we found her work anything but "OUTSTANDING" and here is the thing- I AM A PICKY, OBSESSED, CLEANER myself, but, due to a disability can no longer clean my own home!! What I am wanting to bring this down to - is this - you want your house cleaned, I mean, really cleaned - Jessica, is your person!!!! I have no reason to say these things, except being a member of Angie's List means we have an obligation to each other to tell the TRUTH, when it needs to be said!!

Just fantastic! Every time I think something is too weird, she just takes it in stride and does a great job. She was referred to us after we suspected our last housekeeper of stealing (our suspicions were confirmed by another client of hers) and Jessica rocks! She is just one of those people who is always happy, does honest work for a competitive salary and never, ever complains. If I ask her to use vinegar and water instead of whatever else she was using, she does it happily and just rises to the challenge. We do occasionally throw curve balls at her, and she just takes them in stride. If you are reading this review a month after it was posted, you are probably too late, because good housekeepers are hard to find. But at this writing, I know that she has 3 slots available. So what are you waiting for? Call her! Make her part of your family like we have done!
