They didn't have remote access. They were not able to help further.

They do all of their work remotely. When I have a problem, I call them. My computer is getting old, so it was suggested that I order the product, and then when I got it, they would guide me through installation. I liked their responsiveness and knowledge. The only thing that was difficult for me was their Indian accent, and sometimes I can't understand. There is always someone there to help, and the help is immediate. I have not had to call them back on the same thing. so I would say that the quality of work is excellent. I will continue using this provider.
