+ 0 moreThis company did an amazing job remodeling my 4plex. We had a lot of rotting wood on the exterior and on all the balconies. He also did a lot of interior work on upgrading two of our units. I got quotes from other companies that were for far more than what Iconic quoted. We are going to hire him again to paint the whole building! Will also use this company to do work on our other rental properties!
