Bryan did a great job for us. The recent heavy rains prove it.

One of the best contractors I've met. We needed all gutters on house replaced and extra downspouts added...all coordinated with house painter and wood repair contractor. The owner, Brian, met with me, was very professional, efficient and competent. This guy definitely knows gutters and water...essential in the NW! He gave great advice on changes I wanted. Some were difficult...and he still could do it...and make it work well and look nice! He made a detailed and reasonable quote, advised me through the process, and installed asap when the other contractors finished. Wow, I can't recommend him highly enough!

Just done today so my review will be largely first impressions. I found Brian, the owner, and his helper to be courteous and apparently efficient and well-prepared. Obviously this kind of work is very familiar for the owner. I watched them install the gutter and checked the results. From an average DIY homeowner perspective, it looked like they knew what they were doing and did a good job. They cleared away all debris and left the place looking as before. Very personable also. Answered questions I asked, and listened to concerns. Seemed comfortable with my watching their work. Would recommend to others.
Will give an update if things seem different with time. fyi, I am uncertain if it is a very good price b/c I have had three contractors come out and have received 3 different price estimates.
*Btw, I checked this contractor's info on Washington State Land I website (Anyone can do this.) and found he has a good history, current license, and is bonded and insured. This is why I chose this contractor to do the work initially.

Brian came over for an estimate the day after my initial call, and installed the gutters a few days later. Great responsiveness, excellent work, and thorough cleanup. The price was reasonable, and he used factory coated gutters that closely matched the dark gray trim on our house. They look great, and the installation is much better than what I had. The old gutters sagged and had extra seams, which all leaked. The new ones are attached in a much better fashion, and are seamless except for one corner joint. The gutters are formed on site by a nifty machine in Brian's truck, and one piece was 80 feet long without a seam.
Brian showed me a sample of the aluminum "Leaf-Relief" guards that keep debris out of the gutters. I liked the design, and he installed the guards on 100 feet of gutters before he left. The price was $1,600 for the gutter job and $700 for the guards. The whole job took about four hours, and he was right on time to start
Brian's helper had forgotten to install a short, extra bottom piece on one downspouts that deflects the water into a hole. I called Brian a few days later, and he came over and installed a matching piece within hours. He is very customer-focused, and offered to take care of any problems we might have for the life of the gutters.
We have had one big rain storm since the install, and the gutters worked great. Highly recommended.

All horizontal sections of our gutter system needed to be replaced because of widespread corrosion and a large leak in one section. Brian was able to measure our house for quote two days after my initial call. In subsequent calls, he usually answered the phone immediately or quickly returned the call if he was busy. He always took the time to answer all of my questions and cheerfully reduced his quote by the amount of his Angie's List coupon, when I mentioned Angie's List to him.
It was my hope that the downspouts could be preserved because they are painted to exactly match the house body color and also to save cost. He said they were in good shape and it was common to reuse them. He had a standard color for the new gutters and first elbow that was a close match to the light house trim color.
For installation, he was able to accommodate a date preceding other scheduled home maintenance work. The installation went smoothly and quickly. The grounds were cleaned up at completion. Since the installation was done in the summer, it probably won't be until fall that they get a good water test.
Brian also supplies a leaf filtering system for installation on the gutters, so I decided to have a small section installed as a test.

Bryan was available to come back the following Monday at 8:00 sharp, and redo the whole house. It's a rambler, so it didn't have any high roof lines to deal with. The teardown was noisy and nerve wracking, as the spikes were really in there. Bryan's helper had to pound on the old gutters to get the spikes out, so it was quite the wakeup call for the neighborhood, but what are you gonna do? Before I knew it, they were running the gutter forming machine out in front, feeding in flat, pre-painted metal from a roll and pulling out perfectly formed long runs of gutter without a scratch on them. Cool machine. Bryan was meticulous in setting the drain pitch just high enough to get the water to run out, compensating for the roof line, which has apparently settled with age. He was concerned that the angle would be objectionable, but I said that I would take the drain angle because my main concern was I want the water to drain. In the final result, yes, the angle is apparent from the street, but it blends in with the white fascia boards, so you have to look for it. A flat gutter line would simply hold water, not drain it, so I have no complaints.
Overall, I was happy with Gutters Inc., for their fast response and clean job. All promises were met and the price was reasonable. Because of this, we were able to move forward on our paving job as planned.
The only complaint was that a garden decoration got broken. I should have moved the pot out of the work zone, but I didn't think of it. So a decorative item in the flower pot got broken, but I think I can glue it.

I work in a bank and I just pulled them out of the line. I called and he responded. He went down there and gave me an estimate immediately. He took care of it in like three days. Gutters aren't usually an emergency thing, but he was just really responsive and came to my workplace. We talked it out where I work and so it was just very nice. I thought that he was so flexible and just really eager to help me. I went through Costco first to look at the pricing and it was outrageous. I started shopping around a little bit more through Angie's List too and I think it was a fair price that he gave me. I haven't seen it yet, but my father likes it. I would recommend them.

Brian replaced the gutters on our house back in 2009. The initial job went very well. With the recent heavy rain, I thought I noticed a leak in one of the gutters (turns out there was no leak). I called Brian to explain the possible problem. Brian came to the house within a day of my call. The problem was caused by an issue with the roof flashing. Brian repaired the flashing. I offered to pay for Brian's time since there was no problem with the gutters, but he declined to take any payment. What great service!

The work went well, but he did not know about the 5% discount for Angie's members that comes up with his name. Also texted my invoice. (I did not care for that)

Brian Tyler from Gutters Inc. took my phone call on Saturday and came to the house on Monday afternoon to provide an estimate. The price was reasonable, so I accepted the bid. Brian and his assistant completed the work on the same day.
I was very pleased with Brian's willingness to work through some longstanding issues and to provide some simple solutions to improve drainage. He and his assistanct did the work promptly and professionally. There were some adjustments to the work after it started, but Brian stuck with his original bid. No extra changes for the unforeseen parts. I will use Gutters Inc. again when needed, and I highly recommend them to other homeowners looking for honest contractors to provide good solutions.

We had hired Gutters, Inc for new gutters on a previous home and were pleased with the results so we got a bid for gutters on our new house. Their bid was excellent so we hired them. The house also needed painting and we wanted to get the entire fascia painted so we asked them to do the tear down of the old gutters prior to painting and finish the job after the painting was done. They did this with no extra charge - it really made a difference in the appearance of the final product!
We used Leaf Relief gutter guards on both of our houses - they work great and are super easy to keep clean.
Brian and his helper were very prompt, did excellent work, and communicated well. He rerouted some of the downspouts for better drainage and also for improved appearance. It is really refreshing to deal with the owner of the company and know he won't take any shortcuts. They stand behind their work too.
I definitely recommend Gutters, Inc..

Called for quotes at a couple places and this was the cheapest. He was very flexible and I didn't get back to him right away after he gave me the quote. I called him up about a month after he gave me the original quote and he was able to come out the next morning and do the job. Seemed very professional gave me a time window and hit it.

Gutters Inc. responded to my request for service in two days, cleaned the roof and gutter screens, added attractive splash guards in many of the valleys, so we don't get drizzle near doors, etc., and returned twice to remove screens and complete what a prior contractor had overlooked -- the prior contractor had not cleaned all the gutters before installing the screens and leaf debris in two areas was backing up two of the gutter runs. I highly recommend Gutters Inc as both diagnosticians and hard workers.

Rain gutters were pulling away from the roof line. With one simple short phone call the gutters were fixed within 2 days. It couldn't have gone any smoother.

Brian and his partner were very easy to work with. They came out to the house to do the estimate and gave us their recommendations for what type of gutters we needed and locations of downspouts to be the most effective and esthetically pleasing. They were very quick and professional when they came back to do the installation. They even came back for a second visit a few weeks later to make some adjustments to the splash guards when I noticed rain spilling over one of the gutters.
