The quality of the fabrication is very good and looks great. Installation was good. BUT, the communication and professionalism of the owner is amongst the worst I have seen. We felt we were not treated in a straight forward manner throughout the process. The countertop was installed later than estimated, poorly scheduled. Price increased significantly from estimate. Owner initially refused to provide us a final invoice showing the higher price. We contacted a government agency to confirm this was a requirement and later convinced the owner to provide one. We are pleased with the countertop but the overall experience and was not positive.
