I like that I was able to select exactly what I wanted in terms of size and other specs. I also liked that it looked better than the other sheds I had seen. It is pretty well-built. The price was a little higher than the ones at a home improvement store, but it was better quality and better looking.

The office person (P. Markey) is wonderfully helpful and very nice. The two young men that came to build the shed were on time, courteous, accommodating, and clean. We love the shed and the only issue we had was that one side of the roof line was not cut well. When I called/emailed to have it corrected, I didn't hear anything for some time; however, they also didn't bill me the final 50%. They did respond, after several weeks, corrected the problem and followed up before billing - I am completely satisfied. One suggestion to buyers, these sheds really do need gutters, so don't assume you won't have to buy them. We started having mold on the outdoor wood work right away, because we had it built in January and it rained non-stop. The cost from Built Right Gutters was about $300 and matched the roof perfectly.

FOR A KIT, THESE SHEDS LOOK PRETTY GOOD. OUR CARPENTER COULD ALWAYS PICK APART WHAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED, BUT EVEN HE HAD TO AGREE THAT FOR THE PRICE, THEY WERE A GOOD PRODUCT. THE COMPANY OFFERS MANY DIFFERENT OPTIONS, SO THE SHEDS WERE CUSTOM DESIGNED TO FIT OUR NEEDS.
