The two women got busy right away. I stayed out of the way and just let them go for it. They did an excellent job. My husband was also very impressed! I chose the deep clean, and they got to all the nooks and crannies. I would definitely use them again. Now my challenge is keeping up on the maintenance part Excellent value.

The girls were great - I was on conference calls the entire time they were here but they just charged ahead and did a great job. I'm still noticing little things they did (like dusting weird places) :-)

Great experience! From the beginning, the main office gave me comprehensive details on what each service would cost. We started with a deep cleaning done by Marta and Juarita, They were punctual, very professional, extremely thorough. My husband and I were very impressed by their work. Next, we will be using them for monthly maintenance cleaning.

I put in an online request for housecleaning. Four Seasons called me within 5 minutes! The person on the phone was knowledgeable, accurate in the services they would provide and realistic as to the time my job would take. They came to clean in less than 24 hours and the team of two did a fantastic job deep cleaning a three story house! I will definitely use them again!

Friendly, hardworking, fast workers. Perhaps could be a little more thorough with details such as indoor window cleaning. Will hire Four Seasons again.

Love this service... always on time and does excellent work!! Trustworthy to no end... recently loss an earring and they were sure to put it on my nightstand to I would find it when I got home.

We have received services from this team in our Sammamish home for 7 years. Service has been reliable, dependable and top notch the entire time. If I could take them to Poulsbo with us, I would. The best part, any issue they work to correct asap. They just did our terminal clean before the new buyers moved in....Awesome! The place looked like new! I highly recommend.

I was promised an in-depth cleaning for $195 which could take up to four hours with two people. I was actually charged $225 which I found out when I got my credit card statement a couple of days ago... The two people that came could not speak English although they were very nice people. They were here less than an hour while I took the dog for a walk. When I came back they were already in the car ready to go. And the cleaning job they did was barely adequate but it certainly was not in depth. I had to re-clean it tomorrow No one from Four Seasons bothered to call to see how it went or what I thought. Four Seasons had told me that if it was a one time only cleaning they charged a higher price. So I thought the $225 was because they had not scheduled as a regular monthly. When I receive the email notice late yesterday afternoon that they were coming Wednesday, With a notice that if I canceled with in 48 hours before the appointment I could be charged again (bear in mind the email notice was sent out less than 48 hours before the scheduled repeat visit) I called and left a message and asked them to please cancel the appointment. Someone did call me this morning and asked me if I was canceling and wanted to reschedule to which I said no. That person did not even bother to ask me why. My take on this is Four Seasons really does not care. They do not care about the job they do, or customer satisfaction. If you re looking for a house cleaner, my advice is to pass this company by and find somebody else...

We could not be happier! They took such care and did a fantastic job. The house not only looked, but smelled so fresh and clean when they were done. Definitely feel like we lucked out when we chose Four Seasons!

The 1st cleaning was only fair. Second visit, substantially improved. They have only been in twice. Hopefully they continue the positive trend. The best part was that after the first clean, I called with specific feedback & they carefully addressed those concerns. Well done!
