Estate Renovations completely remodeled our kitchen, laundry, and living room and it looks amazing! This company by far is the best company we have ever used since we've lived here that did exactly what they said they would do and much more. Detail and perfection is putting it lightly! Everything they touched turned out amazing! No shortcuts, no just making it work, no hiding a mistake, it was professionalism and great care all the way! They had the utmost respect for our home and made sure everything was what we wanted. From the beginning, they listened to our ideas and turned them into a beautiful reality. It was such a pleasure working with a locally owned company, J.M., John, Josh, Awndria, Landon, and Steve. They really have the process figured out. We would hire them a hundred times over!

Our stated 3 week project took 4 months to complete, I had to initiate conversations regarding the missed schedule with contractor. Numerous delays were caused by materials brought to site not verified until the moment of use. Several items incorrectly ordered by contractor despite full set architectural drawings. Staff lied about installing insulation. Staff unaware of project scope at a detail level so they would punt ( bathroom floor doesn't align with adjacent floor finish now) or ask me. Assigned lead staff showed up a few times; actual daily lead staff inadequately skilled. Poor communication with subcontractor, tile subcontractor asked me what his work scope was. I had the sense no staff cared about the project's final quality, they just wanted it done. We got a quality project in the end but only because I was vigilant and demanded a higher standard from them.
