He smoothed and sanded a wall that had received a "texture" finish before, assuring that it matched all the other smooth walls, something the original painter never even noticed, let alone did.
He applied additional paint (beyond the two coats I had contracted with him to do) to completely cover a darker coat beneath.
My walls looked better 8 years later after he painted them, than they had when they were new! He cleaned the condo thoroughly after his work and rehung the drapes. He also added baseboard along certain walls and matched the wood to the drywall color. Note, these were two different paint types, not all painters bother with this.
I would and am, going to work with Bold again and will use him for ALL future work in my high end, very demanding, residential architecture practice.
The job was behind 1/2 week per the initial time estimate, however the provider worked on Saturday to make sure the job was completed close to the estimated time. The provider was also focused on the doing a good job rather than rushing to meet a deadline.
The provider constantly communicated the progress of the job. The provider always asked questions for clarification and input.
The provider was also present everyday at the job. He and his workers were very respectful and conscientious.
