I was very satisfied with the work and Wayne went beyond the work by cleaning my windows on the inside and cleaned my tile floor.  Plus he helped me with putting up a couple of wall fixtures that I would not have been able to do by myself.  He stated that after all his work, he wanted the whole room to look as fresh and clean as the walls and ceiling. This work was not in his contract and did not charge extra.

Wayne was punctual, prepared, hardworking.  He explained everything he was going to do.  Gave us tips about what to do from there as we are painting ourselves.  He worked very well with all the other contractors.  He was fast and clean.

I was in need of some drywall repair.  Wayne first came to my home to determine what needed to be done.  I told him I needed to have this finished before the painter came, so he fit me in and finished the task in one day.  I even had to delay him one day and he rearranged his schedule to make it work.  He did a beautiful job and this is the second time I have used his services.

They were great and came on time.  They did a great job at a reasonable price.

He is a really nice person with a fair price and you can't even tell where the hole was in our ceiling.

He took charge of our full house remodel. He built custom shelving. He took charge from the very beginning and watched all subcontractors to make sure the work was exceptional. He was there to meet the furnace technician and delivery of appliances when I couldn?t be there. He made sure that everyone performed their work up to his high standards. He was very protective of our interests. Complete transparency in his accounting. Detailed accounting of his expenses?every minute, every piece of equipment, material was accounted for. Complete honest and generous with his time, knowledge, skills. He never settled for less. He also did work in our previous home exactly as desired above.

He would go shopping with me at Lowe's to help me comparatively shop. As an example, he took the time to go over to our hardwood company because we couldn't get through by phone. He let them know we were trying to get through to them and I was worried so the hardwood company called me from another line. He never compromises in terms of effort.

Everything went exactly as I could have hoped. Wayne was very conscientious to keep the work area clean, he was on time, budget, and schedule, and his workmanship was excellent. I know exactly where he patched, and I cannot tell any difference in texture between his work and the original drywall. Wayne even patched up an extra little dent he noticed in a nearby wall for no charge. I would be delighted to have Wayne come out anytime we need general handyman work.

He was extremely punctual and personable, and we really enjoyed working with him. He put me in touch with the provider who dealt in tiles and I went and picked up the tiles and a new vanity. He came and did the demo, making sure that my house was not impacted greatly. He was really careful to lay out carpets and things like that, and when he re-textured the bathroom walls, he made sure that none of it escaped into the rest of our house. He even painted our bathroom for free.

He remodeled the house with the kitchen, painted it, and made a window, through from the kitchen to the dining room. He is a perfectionist and does very detailed work. He does most of the work himself. Occasionally he'll have a helper, or he will sub-contract some of the work. He is amazing as far as his work goes.

Am exceptionally pleased with the new floor. Wayne was very responsive to initial call, scheduled repairs within a few days; walked me through the entire process. Offered suggestions and options and completed repairs on time and within exact estimate; even painted the bathroom to complete a clean, new look.
